Social Sciences
Research Description
I study the determinants, processes, and outcomes of social influence in environmental contexts. I am interested in how environmental attitudes, such as support for climate change policy, are shaped by ideological factors, change dynamically as the result of social interaction in groups and networks, and can be altered by persuasive messages.
Teaching Description
I teach courses on risk communication and environmental communication.
