Research Description
Lilliard’s research focuses on analyzing health and environmental policies and the impact of federalism and state politics on the adoption and implementation of those policies.
Teaching Description
He teaches policy analysis, policy process, and program evaluation courses that help students develop the tools for assessing policies and understanding the politics shaping the design and implementation of policies.
