Research Description
My research interests include theories and practices that promote conceptual change and its transfer in education, and the role of emotions in this process. A second line of research interest concerns writing and multilingual students in middle school and postsecondary education.
Teaching Description
I have more than 10 years of experience teaching Chinese language from elementary level to advanced in higher education. I invite students to compare and contrast different cultures and values, evaluate current policies in China, and come up with new solutions.
