Research Description

Jennifer Wagnor-Lawlor has been studying the artistic and literary responses to plastic pollution for the last ten years, and has published numerous articles on this topic. She proposed and co-curated the Palmer Museum of Art exhibition entitled 'PLASTIC ENTANGLEMENTS: ECOLOGY, AESTHETICS, MATERIALS, which opened in February 2018 and traveled to three other university museums after its run at Penn State. She is working on several other plastics-related essays/book projects.
